Complete Enrollment Application
and ZLS Christian Culture Form

Create a FACTS Tuition Management Account, set up a payment plan and FACTS Tuition Management Agreement
STEP
5
Provide the front office a copy of Birth Certificate and Immunization Record Copy or Exemption Form
STEP
6
All new 1st - 9th grade students must test before Aug 22nd, 2025.
