2ND GRADE CURRICULUM

We offer a combined classroom setting for the 1st & 2nd graders. It provides opportunities for both classes to hear the other’s material and review or get a jump start on next year.

Shurly Grammar & Composition

Comp/ Spelling & Vocabulary: A Beka Spelling & Poetry 2 

Math: Saxon 3 

History & Geography: Our America & Geography (Memoria Press) 

Science: Enjoying God's World  (A Beka) 

Latin: Song School Latin (Memoria Press) 

Art: Drawing with Children & 2st Grade art cards 

Music: 2 times per week 

P.E. 2 times per week
